There are over 60,000 iPhone apps available today. That’s an awful lot of sifting through user reviews to determine which are worth your time and money. Check out CowBoom’s top 19. We decided to leave #20 up to you! Comment on this post and let us know what app you think should take the spot.

2.    iConcertCal – Attention live music fans:  Never miss your favorite artists play again! A $2.99 download is well worth the features loaded up on this
app including a sync of your entire music library to keep you up to date on your favorite artists upcoming shows in your area.

3.    Lose It – A simple free way to plan for a healthy lifestyle with daily calorie tracking and exercise planning. Stick to that New Year’s Resolution once and for all.

4.    Tweetie 2 – Although there are many ways to tweet, Tweetie 2 is the popular vote here at CowBoom. The award winning app has several features that make it worth the $2.99 you’ll pay such as offline support and a restoration feature which never bumps you out of tweeting when you receive a call.

5.    Facebook – Long live Facebook! Easy free access to keep you connected wherever you may be.

7.    Yelp – We love, love, love the convenience of Yelp’s free app. Find what you need fast whether it’s a new restaurant or dentist referral.  Gotta love the help of Yelp! This is definitly one of my faves!

8.    Bing – A free app that gets you what you want and where you need to go with cool features such as voice activation. Check out its mapping feature, said to be better than Google Maps!

9.    Open Table – Never wait at a packed restaurant again! This handy freebie has access to over 10,000 restaurants where members also receive reward points good at any Open Table restaurant. CowBoom’s GM, Larisa, saved over an hour of waiting thanks to Open Table!

10.    NY Times – 2009′s Mobile Award Winner for best news application. Take the high-quality news and info from the New York Times wherever you go! Plus,  it’s free!

11.    Drop Box – The easiest way to sync your files online and across computers to share with others, all for free. Great for sharing music, pictures and more!

12.    Craig’s Mobile List Lite – The Craig’s List app is so easy to use it feels as if you’re on a normal browser. Find your next apartment or concert tickets with this freebie. Download the $0.99 version for posting capabilities.

13.    Fandango – Attention movie lovers on the run! Download this freebie for current movie and theater listings, reviews and purchase movie tickets too!

14.    Geo Defense – #4 on Apple’s Favorite Games List and #1 on Kyle’s, a CowBoom Business Dev Manager!  This is a great game for fans of the tower defense genre and strategy games in general. Packed with vector style graphics, pixel bursts and warp effects more than set it apart from the crowd and make it well worth the $1.99 download.
